Ashley Grimes

Ashley Grimes is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and IT security. Currently serving as an IT Service Desk Technician at Rushmoor Borough Council since January 2024, Ashley previously held multiple roles at NTT Ltd., including Senior SOC Support Specialist and SOC Support Specialist, where effective IT security solutions were provided globally. Prior experience includes supporting the Ministry of Defense and the British Army at Fujitsu as a Service Desk Technician, as well as serving as an Apprentice Desktop Support Engineer at Supermassive Games Ltd., where both hardware and software issues were addressed. Education includes completing GCSEs at Patcham High School and a partnership program at Yeovil College with Supermassive Games Ltd.
