Kenny B.

Kenny B. has extensive work experience in the packaging industry. Kenny began their career in 2004 at Smurfit Stone Container CORP as a Press Helper. Kenny quickly moved up to become a Press Operator, responsible for machine set-up. Kenny later transitioned to the role of Structural Designer, where they handled the design of corrugated containers and coordination of hazmat packaging. In 2009, Kenny joined Rusken Packaging, Inc. as a Packaging Designer, specializing in CAD design and quoting. Kenny then progressed to the role of Account Manager, before becoming the Process Improvement Manager. Currently, Kenny holds the position of Corporate Director of Quality at Rusken Packaging, Inc., overseeing quality assurance, food safety, sustainability, and supplier compliance programs.

Kenny B. attended Arkansas State University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and received a Certificate of Completion in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2022. Kenny also obtained a Certificate of Completion in Introduction to Document Control from Consepsys Limited in April 2022. In 2021, they completed the Principles of Internal Auditing training from ASI Food Safety, and in 2020 they completed the Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor Training to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard provided by Snow & Associates. Back in 2019, Kenny completed the Intro to Quality Management training from ASQ - World Headquarters and the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training from Poague and Associates. In 2018, they completed the Principles of HACCP training from ASI - Your Food Safety Partners and the Industrial Stormwater Discharge training from Cornerstone Environmental, Health and Safety, Inc. Additionally, Kenny completed the Intro to ArtiosCAD training from Esko in 2007 and the 2007 SSCC Hazardous Materials Shipping Package & Security Awareness Training from SSCC Technical Center in June 2007. Kenny also completed the ISO 9001:2000 Overview and Internal Auditing training from Smurfit Stone Container Corporation in 2006. Lastly, in 2005, Kenny completed the 2005 SSCC Hazardous Materials Shipping Package & Security Awareness Training from SSCC Technical Center and the Beginning AutoCAD training from Arkansas State University. In December 2019, they completed the 49 CFR: General Awareness & Security Awareness training provided by AICC, The Independent Packaging Association.
