Nathan Henry has an extensive work experience history. Nathan began their career at Redi Packaging in 1994 as a Sales Manager. In 2000, they joined AGE Industries as a General Manager and held the position until 2004 when they were promoted to Regional Manager at AGE Industries, Ltd. Nathan successfully implemented a business plan and turned around two underperforming plants, leading to their promotion to Vice President. From 2007 to 2014, Nathan served as the Executive Vice President and Vice President at AGE Industries, where they had P&L responsibility for six corrugated manufacturing plants in the Southwest. Nathan achieved significant revenue and profit increases year over year during their tenure. In 2014, they transitioned to Pratt Industries as a General Manager and held the position until 2019. Currently, Nathan is the Vice President of Sales at Rusken Packaging, Inc. where they have been since October 2022.
Nathan Henry obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Temple University - Fox School of Business and Management. Nathan attended this institution from 1988 to 1992. Later on, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued further education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business through an online platform called Udemy. Nathan earned a Certificate in Foundations of Business Strategy during this period.
