Mark Mulholland

Mark Mulholland is a Senior Litigator and Founding Shareholder at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, PC, where extensive representation includes businesses, Fortune 500 corporations, and government agencies in various disputes across federal and state courts. As a Managing Partner, Mark leads a 60-lawyer firm while maintaining an active litigation portfolio. Additionally, Mark serves as an Independent Director for Long Island Community Hospital and is a Trustee at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Previously, Mark was a member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Education for the Lindenhurst Union Free School District. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo.
