Sheryl Giugliano

Sheryl Giugliano is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University School of Law since September 2022, Giugliano teaches a two-semester legal writing program for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. As a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, PC, since August 2020 and previously at Diamond McCarthy LLP from October 2015 to August 2020, Giugliano specializes in bankruptcy and restructuring cases. Prior experience includes an Associate position at SilvermanAcampora LLP focused on bankruptcy and corporate restructuring, and work at Weissmann Abruzzo LLP, initially as an Associate handling lenders' interests in commercial real estate and later as a Legal Intern. Educationally, Giugliano holds an LLM in Bankruptcy and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
