Jacob Agi is a corporate partner at Russ, August & Kabat since April 2019, specializing in corporate law. Prior to this role, Jacob served as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from October 2015 to April 2019, focusing on Banking and Credit and Private Fund Formation. Jacob's legal journey began with a summer associate position at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2014 and included work as a certified law student with the USC Post-Conviction Justice Project from 2013 to 2014. Earlier experience includes an internship at First American Mortgage Trust in 2011. Jacob earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from USC Gould School of Law in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Brandeis University in 2012.
