Jason Wietholter

Jason Wietholter is a patent litigation associate at Russ, August & Kabat since August 2020, specializing in high technology patent and intellectual property litigation. With extensive trial consulting and technology training experience, Jason excels in communicating complex concepts, developing compelling case themes, and crafting effective trial presentation strategies. Additionally, Jason serves as a professional educator with the American Guild of Court Videographers since September 2013, promoting the legal video profession. Previously, Jason held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Opveon Litigation Services from January 2006 to October 2017, where the focus was on enhancing evidence presentation through compelling visuals. Jason also founded AViProductions, providing multimedia and web design services to small businesses and churches from 2000 to 2006. Jason holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oklahoma State University.
