Stephanie Sanders, MBA, CPP, currently serves as Payroll Manager at The Russ Darrow Group since August 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Payroll Manager at OwnersEdge, Inc. from June 2018 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-state payroll functions, ensuring payroll compliance, and managing special pay calculations. Stephanie also worked as Payroll Administrator at OwnersEdge, managing end-to-end payroll processing for various affiliates. Earlier in career, Stephanie managed payroll and billing for over 500 personnel at Programmed Cleaning Inc. from April 2006 to June 2018. Stephanie holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
