Gianna Zeledon (Duran) is an accomplished professional in food safety and technology with extensive experience in various capacities within the agricultural and food sectors. Currently serving as an FSQA Regulatory Specialist at Russ Davis Wholesale Inc. since August 2021, Gianna has also been an Agriculture and Food Safety Consultant at Vision Ag LLC since 2012, focusing on the development of scientific and marketing materials for clients in food and crop science. As a self-employed Food Technology and Microbiology Consultant since 2008, Gianna has provided independent consultations and developed HACCP plans for significant companies in the snack food and poultry industries. Previously, Gianna held research roles at Colorado State University and Mississippi State University, contributing to advancements in food safety through rigorous investigation and analysis. Gianna holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Mississippi State University, as well as an Associate degree in Agriculture from Panamerican School of Agriculture and an Associate's degree in Biology from Saint Johns College Sixth Form.
