Charles Russam is an experienced professional with a robust background in leadership and financial management. As Managing Director of Devonshire House Network Ltd since 2014, Charles oversees a membership club tailored for Director-level professionals emphasizing the human aspect of business. In addition, Charles has served as Managing Director at Working Free Ltd since 2017 and has been the Founder and Associate at Russam GMS Ltd since 1982. Previous roles include Business Development Director at Whitbread from 1975 to 1981, where Charles transitioned from Chief Accountant, and Financial Controller at Arcadia Group Ltd from 1972 to 1975. Charles began a career in auditing with PwC from 1970 to 1972 after training as a Chartered Accountant in West Yorkshire, following education at Sedbergh.
