Jason Atkinson

Jason Atkinson is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in interim management and executive search. Serving as Managing Director at Russam since September 2005, Jason has led the firm to become a Certified B Corporation as of March 2023. In addition to this role, Jason serves as a Non Executive Board Member for both Trustees Unlimited and Step on Board, contributing to organizations that combine commercial success with social missions. As Chair of the WIL Group, Jason oversees a network of firms providing global interim leadership solutions. Additional responsibilities include serving as a Trustee for the MS Society, and previously holding the position of Chairman for the Interim Management Association. Jason's career also includes marketing leadership roles in various companies such as Interactive Investor and AMP and Pearl Assurance. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
