Roger D Paiva

Mr. Paiva is a Corporate Director. Mr. Paiva was the Vice President of Operations – North Region of Gerdau Steel Company from 2017 until his retirement in 2019. He started with Gerdau Steel in 1982 and held many senior positions at Gerdau Steel throughout his career including Vice President of Operations, Merchant Mills from 2011 – 2017. Mr. Paiva was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Steel Producers Association from 2011 to 2019, during his last two years he held the position of Co-Chair of the Board of Directors.
