Simon Moffat

Simon Moffat has extensive experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on the legal industry. Simon currently holds the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at Russell-Cooke Solicitors since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Head of Business Development at RPC- law firm from March 2020. Simon also served as Head of Business Development at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP from November 2014 to August 2019, where they managed the firm-wide business development effort and led the business development team. Simon gained experience in senior business development roles at Charles Russell LLP and Allen & Overy, focusing on private wealth, family, charities, and corporate sectors. Simon started their career as a Business Development Manager at Denton Wilde Sapte, specializing in the financial institutions sector. Simon also worked as a Project Manager at Corporate Responsibility Consulting.

Simon Moffat obtained a BA (Hons) in Environmental Management from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Following this, they pursued further education at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, where they obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing from 2002 to 2004.
