Bushra Benserghin

Bushra Benserghin is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and strategic advisement. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Russell Education Trust since September 2021, Bushra previously held HR Manager positions at ST Catherine's School Twickenham and Queensmead School. Additional experience includes roles such as HR Business Partner at BMI Research and various positions at the Metropolitan Police, where responsibilities ranged from strategic advising to leading HR transformations. Bushra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Middlesex University.
