Steven Doty

Steven Doty has extensive experience in safety and logistics within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Field Safety Technician at Russell Marine LLC since October 2022, Steven actively participates in site audits and conducts toolbox talks while ensuring employee competency and safety. Prior to this role, Steven was a Safety Inspector at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. from November 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included monitoring site safety and facilitating meetings. Earlier experience as a Field Safety Technician at Bay Ltd. involved operating cranes, managing load logistics, and maintaining safety protocols. Additionally, roles at Allegiance Crane & Equipment LLC and TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. as a Driver and Rigger contributed to a solid background in heavy equipment operations. Steven graduated from Calallen High School in 1992.
