Emma Peterson

Emma Peterson is a Partner at Russell McVeagh, where they head up the Employment, Health & Safety practice. Emma has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, including personal grievance disputes, restructures and compliance advice.

Prior to joining Russell McVeagh, Emma was the Employment Rights Act Manager at SFP Group. Emma has also worked as a Senior Solicitor and Solicitor at Russell McVeagh.

Emma has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland.

Emma Peterson's educational career began with a BA LLB from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Emma then completed an LLB BA at the University of Otago. Emma also studied at St Cuthbert's College.
