Rachael O'Malley

Rachael is a senior associate in their Corporate Advisory team. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with clients across a variety of industries. Rachael has particular experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, overseas investment, corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.

Rachael was admitted to practise in New Zealand in 2015. She was promoted to senior solicitor in 2018 and a senior associate in 2021.
