Sarah is a property and construction lawyer who specialises in commercial leasing, residential subdivisions, forestry, and foreign investment in New Zealand property.

She provides expert advice to clients on a wide range of matters, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and businesses, commercial leasing, development agreements, subdivisions and financing transactions.

Sarah has worked on a number of large-scale commercial property transactions. Her expertise extends to the preparation and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements and complex agreements to build and lease. She also provides strategic advice to clients with national property portfolios.

Sarah has a wealth of experience acting for both local and international vendors and purchasers on the acquisition and divestment of forestry assets. She regularly provides advice to forestry clients on key issues including Overseas Investment Office applications, the rights and obligations under crown forestry licences and forestry rights, forest management agreements, access arrangements and pulpwood supply agreements.
