Karen Melia

Karen Melia has a strong background in research and data management. Karen currently works as a Senior Project Director at Russell Research since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Research Manager at Ipsos in North America from March 2019 to March 2022. Karen has also worked as a Research Data Manager at Westat from April 2012 to February 2019. Before joining Westat, they held various roles at the Association for Financial Professionals, including Survey Research Specialist, Research Analyst, and Public Policy Administrator. Karen started their career as a Quality Analyst at Catholic Health Systems from July 2004 to October 2005. Karen also gained experience as a Policy Research Assistant at the Electric Power Supply Association from July 2003 to July 2004. Karen began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware in 2002.

Karen Melia received a BA in Political Science & Statistics from the University of Delaware in 2003. Karen later pursued a MS in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland, which they completed in 2012.
