Ashley Wallace Joll

Ashley Wallace Joll has extensive work experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the Asia Pacific region. Starting in 2008, they worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they held various roles including Managing Director, Head of Financial Services for Asia Pacific. In this role, they focused on insurance and consumer and commercial lending, specializing in succession planning and executive and non-executive search. Ashley also assisted clients in aligning talent and culture with their overall strategy. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Lehman Brothers as a Program Manager in their Fixed Income, Equities, and Prime Brokerage division. Ashley began their career as a Research Assistant at the NYU Child Study Center.

Ashley Wallace Joll has a solid educational background in psychology with a focus on clinical and school psychology. Ashley obtained an AB from Brown University from 1999 to 2003, majoring in Psychology. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical & School Psychology from Hofstra University, which they completed between 2005 and 2006.
