Avani Arora (Sunder)

Avani (Sunder) Arora has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies. Avani started their career at Halliburton in 2003, where they worked in various roles related to supply chain management and strategic sourcing until 2008. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at A.T. Kearney, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Manager. Since 2015, Avani has been associated with Russell Reynolds Associates. Avani initially worked as the Global Innovation Lead from 2015 to 2017. Avani then served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships and New Product Development from 2017 to 2021. Following that, they became the Global Head of L&S Strategy, Operations & Products from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Avani holds the position of Global Director, New Products and Services at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Avani (Sunder) Arora pursued their education in a systematic and focused manner. Avani completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between the years 1999 and 2003. Avani'seducational journey continued as they enrolled in The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business between 2008 and 2010. During their time there, Avani earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, and Finance.
