Devanshi Desai

Devanshi Desai has a diverse work history that spans over a decade. Devanshi began their career in 2007 as a Research Assistant at J. P. Morgan Services India Pvt. Ltd., where they provided financial advisory services to clients in the U.S. Following this role, they joined Tata Motors Limited in 2011 as a Manager - Learning & Development, where they focused on training employees in the sales and marketing department. In 2013, Devanshi worked as a Learning and Development Consultant for Jaguar Land Rover, supporting the HR transformation agenda by optimizing HR processes. Devanshi then briefly worked at Hyundai Motor UK as an Aftersales Commercial Training Manager in 2014. From 2015 to 2023, they held various roles at EY, including Global Learning Design Manager and Sector Learning Lead. Most recently, they joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2023 as a Global Learning and Development Manager. Throughout their career, Devanshi has demonstrated expertise in learning and development, process optimization, and financial advisory services.

Devanshi Desai holds a Bachelor of Management Studies degree in Finance, which was obtained from the University of Mumbai from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Masters in Management Studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, also from the University of Mumbai, from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Devanshi has obtained a certification in Foundations of Learning Experience Design from NovoEd in March 2021.
