Fawad Bajwa

Fawad Bajwa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership advisory and executive search, currently serving at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2017. Prior to this role, Fawad was involved in strategy and operations consulting at Kearney from 2013 to 2017 and co-founded GroupThinQ Solutions, Inc., where Fawad held the positions of COO and Board Director from 2010 to 2013. Fawad's earlier career includes technology consulting at Deloitte, engineering roles at ExxonMobil, and automation engineering at Autoliv. Fawad holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto and the University of Cambridge.
