Giulia Ghidini is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since February 2020, specializing in executive search for asset management, private equity, distressed/NPL, real estate, and investment banking, as well as board reviews and board building. Prior to this role, Giulia worked at Wyser as a Research Associate and Senior Consultant, managing the search and selection process while enhancing client relationships through business development initiatives.
