Hoda Tahoun

Hoda Tahoun has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at Bank of America until 2001. Hoda then joined American Express as a Pricing Manager in 2004. In 2005, they became an Assistant Vice President at SHUAA Capital. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Partner at Sousou Partners, leading the Hospitality practice across the Americas' region. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Principal at Korn Ferry Hay Group, specializing in executive search for global hospitality and real estate clients. Currently, they hold the position of Global Practice Leader, Leisure & Hospitality, and Chief Wellbeing Officer, Consumer Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates. In this role, they advise clients on talent management, leadership training, and wellbeing, with a primary focus on recruiting for senior leadership roles in the global hospitality, travel, and leisure industries.

Hoda Tahoun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University. Hoda then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business & Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, which they completed in 2004.
