JJ Manning has diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as a Program Manager and Assistant Director at YMCA of the Triangle, where they gained experience in overseeing a large-scale team and building cohesive teams. They then joined Coastal Carolina Supply as an Operations and Business Development Specialist, where they focused on refining operations and developing customer solutions. After that, they worked as a Program Manager at Duke Corporate Education, where they specialized in corporate education and training, planning events and using their degree knowledge. Currently, JJ is a Manager of Client Engagement Operations at Russell Reynolds Associates, where they lead and mentor an internal team, providing internal support for senior-level executive searches and leadership advisory services. Their expertise in leadership advisory ensures alignment with client needs and expectations.

JJ Manning has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Tourism/Hospitality & Sport Management from North Carolina State University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Training & Recreation Management from Appalachian State University.
