John Yasnowski

John Yasnowski has extensive work experience in the field of tax and treasury. John is currently serving as the Global Head of Tax & Treasury at Russell Reynolds Associates since September 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President, Global Corporate Tax at Cantel Medical from March 2019 to September 2021, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the tax function. John also served as the Vice President - Tax Integration at C.R. Bard, Inc. / Becton Dickinson, Inc. from December 2017 to October 2018. Prior to these positions, they held various tax-related roles at different organizations, including Vice President Tax at C.R. Bard, Inc., Director of Tax at WARNER CHILCOTT LIMITED, Associate Tax Director at BARR PHARMACEUTICALS, INC, Senior Tax Analyst at LIMITED BRANDS, INC, and Senior Consultant at DELOITTE & TOUCHE LLP. John started their career at ARTHUR ANDERSEN LLP, where they worked in tax and business advisory services.

John Yasnowski attended Sharpsville Area Senior High School from 1988 to 1991. John then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2002. John Yasnowski also holds the CPA certification, although the details regarding the institution and the year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
