Joy Tan

Joy Tan has a strong background in insight and analysis, particularly in the healthcare services sector. Joy started their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System in 2012 and then moved to the University of Pennsylvania as a Clinical Research Coordinator in 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as a Graduate Intern at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. Joy joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2017 and held various roles, including Knowledge Associate and Knowledge Consultant in the Healthcare Services division. Joy then advanced to the position of Senior Specialist in Insight & Analysis before becoming a Manager in the same department. Joy'swork experience spans from 2012 to 2023.

Joy Tan has a Master's Degree in Epidemiology & Global Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Joy also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their academic degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including a certification in Human-Centered Service Design and certifications in Unlocking Creativity, Storytelling for Influence, and Insights for Innovation from IDEO U. Joy has also obtained a certification in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights Online from The Wharton School.
