Laurie Abascal

Laurie Abascal has extensive experience in executive support and project coordination, currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Senior Project Coordinator at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2012. In this role, Laurie functions as the Human Capital Point Person and oversees Office Facilities, supporting multiple recruiters, including an Executive Director in the technology sector. Prior to this position, Laurie worked at Fuse Global from 2005 to 2012 as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing travel and communications for up to three Partners. Laurie's early career included a role as Regional Coordinator at Academic Chess from 2004 to 2005. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Humboldt State University.
