Mariana Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Project Coordinator at Russell Reynolds Associates since June 2021, Mariana specializes in the Chemicals & Materials Practice as well as the Industrial & Natural Resources and Operations & Supply Chain Practice. Previous roles include Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Chartwell Partners and All Things Made New, respectively. Additionally, Mariana contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Highland Capital Management, L.P. from April 2013 to April 2020, and holds a background in marketing and administration from Godwin Bowman PC. Mariana earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Southern Methodist University between 1996 and 1999.
