Mary Flowers Chavarria

Mary Flowers Chavarria has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles.

Mary started their career as a Ballgirl for the Houston Rockets in 1996 and held this role until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at Hill's Cafe as a Hostess, Waitress, and VIP Event Bartender.

In 2005, Mary returned to the Houston Rockets as an Inside Ticket Sales Rep and later became the EA to the VP of Ticket Sales & Services and Department Coordinator until 2008.

During their time at Healix from 2008 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the President's Office and also served as a Senior Logistics Manager and Property Manager.

In 2012, Mary joined Russell Reynolds Associates and worked as an Executive Assistant until 2017, after which they became the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Hans Roth) until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Hans Roth) at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Additionally, they also worked as a Marketing & Social Media Consultant for Irish Pub- Kenneally's in 2002.

Mary Flowers Chavarria completed their high school education at St. Pius X Highschool from 1996 to 2000, earning a HS Diploma. Mary further pursued their academic journey at St. Edward's University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
