Michelle Sinklair

Michelle Sinklair, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle most recently worked as a Project Manager in the Healthcare and Education Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates since May 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Knowledge Associate in the Healthcare Sector at the same company from November 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Michelle served as a Practice Manager at Mobile Anesthesiologists from July 2017 to April 2019. Michelle gained experience in the healthcare sector as a Senior Executive Operations Manager at the American Society of Anesthesiologists® from May 2016 to July 2017.

Michelle's career also includes a postgraduate fellowship at the American College of Healthcare Executives from May 2015 to May 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the President of Community Physicians at Froedtert Health from September 2012 to May 2015.

Michelle began their professional journey as a Patient Relations Coordinator in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin from January 2011 to August 2012. Michelle also gained administrative and billing management experience as an Administrative and Billing Manager at Dr. Wendy M. Pietz, DDS SC from September 2009 to December 2010.

Early in their career, Michelle worked as a Constituent Services Assistant & District Internship Coordinator for the United States House of Representatives from December 2007 to August 2009. Throughout their career, Michelle has developed a diverse skill set and valuable experience in project management, healthcare operations, executive support, and customer relations.

Michelle Sinklair earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in the years 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2012 to 2015.
