Natalie Sleiman

Natalie Sleiman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates since April 2025, Natalie previously held the position of Managing Director at ZRG Partners, LLC from February 2022 to February 2025. As President of the INSEAD Alumni Association United Arab Emirates from January 2018 to January 2025, Natalie successfully established UAE-based alumni clubs and facilitated strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing community engagement. Additional roles include serving as a member of the Advisory and Decision Committee for the Mohammed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund and as Partner for the Technology and Professional Services Practice at Stanton Chase. Natalie holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the American University of Beirut.
