Sophie Yiannopoulos

Sophie Yiannopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sophie currently holds the position of Commercial Operations Lead at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to this, they worked at proSapient, where they served as Director, Project Excellence and Associate Director. Sophie also held the roles of Senior Team Lead (Customer Success), Team Lead, and Associate at the same company. Before joining proSapient, Sophie worked as a Chalet Manager at Big Hill Adventures Ltd, where they managed and ran a luxury chalet in the French Alps. Earlier in their career, they gained significant experience as a Wireline Field Engineer at Baker Hughes, a GE company, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Sophie's work involved planning and implementing upstream logging operations, acquisition and delivery of borehole data. Sophie also worked as an Exploration Geologist - Intern at FWS Consultants Ltd. Sophie Yiannopoulos pursued their education at Durham University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Master's Degree in Geoscience. Additionally, they obtained a Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International in September 2021 and a Change Management Foundation certification from the same institution in August 2021.
