Stephen Gorham

Stephen Gorham has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Stephen has worked at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2016 in the role of Global Head of Program Management and Corporate Applications. Their responsibilities include establishing a framework for successful execution of strategic initiatives and managing the firm's corporate applications.

Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Management Consultant at SWFG Solutions LLC from 2014 to 2016.

From 2008 to 2013, Stephen worked at Guardian Life as the VP and leader of the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO). Stephen also played a role in transforming the Source-to-Pay organization.

Stephen worked at UBS from 2006 to 2008 as an Executive Director in Information Services.

Before that, they worked at TD Waterhouse in two roles. From 2003 to 2006, they were the SVP of Enterprise PMO, and from 2000 to 2003, they were the SVP of US Banking Technology Solutions.

Stephen Gorham attended Western University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
