Sylwia Zieba currently serves as the Research Director for Sustainability at Russell Reynolds Associates since March 2022, focusing on assessment and recruitment for executive roles in various organizations. Prior to this, Sylwia held the position of Head of North America for ESG Client Engagement at S&P Global Market Intelligence, where responsibilities included providing support on ESG data solutions and leading collaborative projects for TCFD-aligned reporting. Experience also includes an internship at Ceres, Inc., supporting private sector engagement related to water and food supply chain risks, and various roles in digital marketing and web development at DXagency, iDriveYourCar.com, and AJC NY. Sylwia's academic background includes a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University, complemented by a certification in Frontend Web Development from Thinkful.
