Barbara Lester

Barbara Lester's work experience includes being a Project Consultant at Russell since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Team Member at Mama Bosso Pizza Inc starting in September 2021. Barbara also has extensive experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, where they served as the Chief of Construction Branch from January 1986 to June 2021.

Barbara Lester has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. Barbara also has a Master of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa.
