Lee Marbach

Project Executive at Russell Co.

Lee Marbach started their work experience in 2005 as a Field Inspector/Intern at Braun Intertec Corporation. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager Intern at Ryan Companies US, Inc. At both companies, they enjoyed working in a team environment and delivering challenging projects. In 2008, they joined Russell Co. as a Project Manager, where they worked on various projects, including a $29 million skilled nursing facility in Davenport. Lee progressed through the company, becoming a Senior Project Manager in 2019 and currently holds the position of Project Executive. In 2010, they served as the Iowa Chapter President at the Design-Build Institute of America, where they were responsible for ensuring the chapter's adherence to policies and organizing programs and events.

Lee Marbach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications including Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies in April 2016, MB Eye on the Future from Master Builders of Iowa in February 2015, Assoc. DBIA from Design-Build Institute of America in September 2009, and LEED AP BD+C from Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in December 2010.
