Chris Erb

Chris Erb has extensive experience in the development and real estate industry. Chris is currently the Executive Vice President of Development at Russo Development since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Group Vice President - Real Estate and Head of Development at Macy's from October 2016 to May 2022. Chris also held various leadership positions at DDR Corp., including Senior Vice President of Development from January 2012 to October 2016, Vice President of Redevelopment from July 2011 to January 2012, Vice President of Development from March 2008 to July 2011, Senior Development Director from March 2007 to March 2008, Development Director from March 2005 to March 2007, Development Manager from March 2003 to March 2005, and Management Trainee from July 2001 to March 2003.

Chris Erb attended Colgate University from 1997 to 2001, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations.
