Heather Russeau

Heather Russeau is the Director of Strategic Project Management at Rust-Oleum Corporation, where since October 2013, responsibilities have included managing the supply chain for a $300 million contract manufacturing business, leading capacity planning, supplier development, and cost reduction initiatives. Notably, Russeau spearheaded Rust-Oleum’s Covid Response for sourcing and procurement, resulting in a significant revenue increase, earning recognition from the President. Previous roles include Project Lead at Hospira, managing pharmaceutical product development projects, and inventory analyst positions at Uline and Hospira. Russeau holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia College of Missouri.
