Megan Gaughan

Megan Gaughan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product stewardship and regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Director of Product Stewardship at Rust-Oleum Corporation since April 2013. Gaughan has progressed through various roles within Rust-Oleum, leading a team focused on U.S. product compliance encompassing SDS authoring, label review, and federal and state regulatory adherence. Before Rust-Oleum, Gaughan held positions at Stepan Company and Sun Chemical, managing international compliance and environmental health and safety initiatives. Gaughan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Psychology from Northwestern University and a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Illinois Chicago.
