Rathna Navin

Rathna Navin is an experienced Information Technology Product Manager at Rust-Oleum Corporation since May 2006, where responsibilities include driving business value through alignment of product development with organizational goals and fostering a product-focused mindset. Prior roles at Rust-Oleum include Application Development Manager, Technology Lead, SAP Software Developer & Technology Analyst, and Software Developer. Prior to this, Rathna served as Lead Developer and Architect at Alliance Funding Group, where the Investor Portfolio Management System was designed and developed on the AS400 system. Rathna began a career as a Programmer Analyst at MICO and holds a degree in Engineering, Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore (1990-1994).
