Greg Roskos, CPP, MS PVC, is an experienced supply chain and packaging professional with a robust background in packaging development and innovation. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Rustic Bakery since March 2024, Greg previously held key positions at Amy's Kitchen from June 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Enterprise Packaging Engineering team and managing new packaging formats. With entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Passionate Packaging, LLC, and a project management role at Specright, Inc., Greg has a demonstrated track record in packaging solutions and client onboarding. Prior roles at The J.M. Smucker Company, HJ Heinz, and Mars further showcase expertise in packaging R&D and technological advancements in the industry. Greg holds a Master of Science in Packaging Value Chain and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a minor in Packaging, complemented by culinary training and polymer science education.
