Aradhana Prabhakar

Aradhana Prabhakar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and arbitration. Currently serving as Head Legal at Rustomjee since August 2023, Aradhana previously held a legal role at Oberoi Realty from August 2015 to July 2023, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, overseeing real estate matters, and ensuring compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Prior experience includes partnership at Advani & Co., managing international arbitrations across various sectors, and positions within the Government of Alberta. Aradhana’s academic background includes degrees in Business Laws, Cyber Laws, and an LLB HONS from ILS Law College.
