Roshni Sethi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Roshni started their career at MindSpace Human Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2004, where they served as a Team Leader in recruitments until 2006. Following that, they joined Knight Frank India as a Manager in Human Resources Management from 2006 to 2009. Currently, Roshni Sethi holds the position of Head - Talent Acquisition & Performance Management at Rustomjee, starting from 2010.
Roshni Sethi completed their education in a chronological manner. Roshni first attended Auxilium Convent High School from 1984 to 1994, where they obtained their SSC degree. Roshni then enrolled in the University of Mumbai from 1994 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree. Afterward, they went to IES's Management College and Research Centre (IESMCRC) from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a PGDBA degree in HR. Additionally, Roshni Sethi has a certification in Competency Mapping from TVRLS, acquired from T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd.
