Mark B. Frazier

Mark Frazier has litigated cases in state, federal and bankruptcy courts and counseled clients in many substantive areas for almost four decades. He advises clients on early identification of potential disputes, dispute avoidance and cost-effective approaches for early resolution of litigation. Mark has been in firm management since 2009 and is now serving as the firm’s Managing Partner.
