Susan Crockett

Susan Crockett is the current President and CEO at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Susan has been with the company since January 1997 and has held various positions including Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations. Susan is responsible for providing vision and leadership in the development and implementation of organizational-wide information technology, patron services and facility management. Susan also oversees the ticketing, event services, technical theater and facility operations in the distribution of products and services at Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Capitol Theatre and REH on the Road programs. Susan has been instrumental in implementing SYOS, print-at-home, access control, and VoIP technology.

Prior to their current position, Susan was the Arts Education Project Manager from January 1988 to December 1996. In this role, they represented the Eckerd Theater Company (ETC) and served as marketing manager, contract agent, tour coordinator, and personnel administrator. Susan coordinated supporting educational materials and managed outreach projects as liaison between program artists (both ETC and visiting artists) and community agencies. Susan was also responsible for securing grant funding to support specific arts education initiatives, including research and grant writing responsibilities.

Susan Crockett is a highly respected leader in the arts community with a long history of dedication to their work. Susan is a visionary thinker who has helped to shape Ruth Eckerd Hall into the successful organization it is today.
