I'Sha Schultz-Spradlin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community operations, nonprofit development, and social advocacy. Currently serving as Community Operations Manager at Strategic Community Partners and Sr. Development Associate at Ruth Ellis Center, I'Sha also founded and leads Black Moon Bathhouse, a wellness space for women and non-binary individuals. Previous roles include host and creator of The Eyesha, Please Podcast, Communications Manager at Ruth Ellis Center, and Vice President of Recruitment for Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority. I'Sha's commitment to gender justice is evident from founding the Women for Gender Justice Organization during university studies. I'Sha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a study abroad experience in Cameroon.

Over a 21+ year history, REC has established a national reputation for quality and innovation in providing trauma-informed services for LGBTQ youth and young adults, with an emphasis on youth of color. What began as a 500-square-foot safe space in Highland Park, MI has evolved into a multi-faceted organization, providing outreach and safety-net services, integrated primary & behavioral health care services and case management, skill-building workshops, HIV prevention programs, family preservation programming, and housing resource. MISSION Creating opportunities with LGBTQ+ young people to build their vision for a positive future. VISION A world where LGBTQ+ young people are safe and supported no matter where they show up.
