Trent Chavez Matzel

Trent Chavez Matzel is an experienced first responder with a strong background in emergency medical services and firefighting. Currently serving as an Engineer/EMT and Firefighter/EMT at Rutherford County Fire and Rescue since August 2020, Trent responds to various 911 calls, including fires, traffic collisions, rescues, and medical aids. Prior to this role, Trent worked as a Sales Representative at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. from June 2021 to April 2023 and volunteered as a Firefighter/EMT with North County Fire Protection District from November 2018 to July 2020, making significant contributions to the community in San Diego County. Trent holds an education from Palomar College, completed between 2016 and 2020.
