Mandy Smith

Mandy Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth, outreach, and management within the health and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Growth & Outreach at Rutherford Regional Health Systems since June 2021, Mandy previously held the role of Volunteer Coordinator at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills from October 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, Mandy was the Onsite Program Manager at Strayer University for six years and held multiple positions at Gardner-Webb University, including Director of Enrollment Management for the GOAL Program and Associate Director of GOAL Admissions. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Gardner-Webb University and an Associate's degree in Graphic Design & Advertising from Isothermal Community College.
